Makai na Vada

This blog post is a work-in-progress document. Since I got readers request for this recipe & I do not plan to make these anytime in near future, I am sharing the recipe with those who are interested. Most of my recipes are ingredients list given by my family. I play around with my own measurements and proportion. Since I haven't yet cooked this recipe, there are no exact proportions below. I am just sharing the ingredients and method. I will update the post later when I get a chance to make these vadas.

Makai na Vada
Ingredients
Maka flour (Indian variety)
salt to taste
Chili powder
asafoetida
turmeric powder
cumin powder
ajmo seeds
baking soda

Oil for deep frying

Method
1. Knead to a soft dough.
2. Roll out into small puries.
3. Deep fry.
