I haven't tried this recipe yet. But many people have been requesting me this particular recipe. I have only ingredients noted down with me. So anyone interested can play around with the recipe. When I make this recipe in the future, I will update this blog post.
Bajra na Vada
Ingredients
Bajra flour
Green chili-ginger paste
Turmeric powder
Chili powder
salt
sugar to taste
sesame seeds
curds to knead
Oil for deep frying
Method
1. Mix all the ingredients except oil for deep frying. Knead to a smooth dough.
2. Cover and keep aside for 3 hours.
3. Make small balls. Roll out into small puris.
4. Deep fry.
