Beautiful colour and looks so so delicious.
I have enjoyed these whole green peppers stuffed with loat - and a sweet spicy mix of ingredients - with soft phulkas at a Guju friend's place. This post of yours brought back some fond memories for me...I prefer making this chopped so I can use less oil :)
I have eate this dish at a marathi friends place. looks very good.
Nice dish. I liked the way you gave equivalent names in two languages. I am hosting my first event which is on baking. Check it out if you are interested.
