Pulao Masala


This is my grandmother's recipe for pulao masala. Depending on my whim, I grind it coarsely or finely. Both works just right for any pullao.

Pulao Masala
Ingredients
2 tbsp coriander seeds
1 tbsp cumin seeds
1 tsp shahjire
2" cinnamon
4-5 cloves
5 green cardamoms
5-6 black peppercorns

Method
1. Roast all the spices on a low flame without adding any oil, for a minute.
2. Grind in a spice grinder coarsely or finely.
3. Store in an airtight container.

Note -
1. This recipe does not yield in a huge batch.
