Making perfect circle in Parathas is a task. If you look at the Tarla Dalal's stuffed Parathas, I always wonder if she uses a machine or something! They are always 100% circles!!:P
For pooris and chapaties, you can use a 4-5" cookies cutter. Parathas with peas look delicious, one thing I haven't tried, must do. My list is growing! :D
Enjoy your weekend.
Thats a lovely recipe! Delicious!
Looks so delicious..thanks for the entry
Yes please, I would like my parathas just like that plate you have served with yogurt and pickle. Paratha looks nice and thick Meera, circle ko kaun dekhega when everything else is so good!
My fav combination..Paratas, pickle and curd..Perfect. My friend back home used to use steel plates for perfect circle..I don't care the shape as long as they taste good.
I love any kind of roti and this one looks Yummmmmmm
