Ambule Gojju - Green Mango Relish

Ambule Gojju
Green Mango Chutney
1 small green mango makes about 1/2 cup cut mango
1/2 - 1 cup coconut
4-5 cloves of garlic
4-6 byadgi chilies
salt to taste

few drops of coconut oil (Optional)

1. Pressure cook the mango. Discard the peels,
2. Grind the remaining ingredients.
3. Drizzle a few drops of coconut oil, if using.
4. Serve with idlis.
Note -
1. This gojju or chutney is quite tart. However you can increase/decrease the amount of fresh coconut to get the tartness of your liking.
