I found this recipe at food.sify.com when I clicked on Meghalaya. I was little surprised about the use of biryani masala in Meghalaya cooking. I couldn't find any other recipe. So I made this rice to celebrate Meghalaya.

Btw, chocolate had become Chocolate pudding in this heat but didn't leak outside! Kept it in the fridge to rescue, bet it will be gone 5 mins after my son gets home today!:D
