Kholari Chutney from Nagaland

I found this recipe here. Instead of using it as traditional chutney with chapatis or rice, I added this chutney to salad mix (lettuce, steamed broccoli, tomatoes, bell peppers) to make a delicious and light lunch.

I see Kidney beans and green onion dish/salad there, did you add chutney to Kidney beans?

Oh, just saw the picture there at that site. Kolari means Kidney beans, new word for me!:))
