Vada nu Loat

Vada Nu Loat


2 cups rice

1 cup Toor daal

1/2 cup wheat

1/2 cup mung daal

1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds


1. Roast all the ingredients separately till they change the color.

2. Let it cool down.

3. Grind to a coarse powder.

4. Store in an airtight container.
