Bhutta



Fresh corn on cobs!! Roast them on charcoal. Rub some salt-chili powder and squeeze some fresh lemon juice!! & voila!!! Fresh, wonderful street snack from Mumbai is ready for you in a jiffy!!

Fresh Corn on cobs

Charcoal grill

Garnish

Lemon (per taste)

salt (per taste)

Chili powder (per taste)

Method

1. Grill the corn till brown/black spots appear.

2. Garnish as mentioned.
