Puri

You know the recipe. I know the recipe. But that's all I could come up with for the "Click:Flour". So here's the recipe! :-)

Puri
Ingredients
2 cups wheat flour
Salt to taste
A pinch of sugar (Optional)
1 tsp hot oil
Oil for deep frying
Method
1. Mix wheat flour, salt, sugar, and hot oil
2. Add water and knead a dough.
3. Make small balls.
4. Heat oil in a kadai.
5. Deep fry the puris till brown on both sides.
Note
1. Sugar is added because I have been told that it keeps the puris puffed.
