Roasted red papad with a touch of coconut oil is a konkani delicacy. This papad is crushed and few more ingredients are added to make an impromptu koshimbeer or kismur as called in Konkani. The red chili papad are easily available in any Managalore stores in Mumbai.
Here's the recipe.
Papada kismoor (serves 4)
4 roasted red papads, crushed with hand
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 small green chili, finely chopped
1 tbsp cilantro, finely chopped
1 tbsp coconut, finely chopped
a pinch of salt
1 tbsp freshly grated coconut
1 tsp coconut oil

1. in a big bowl, mix all the above ingredients. serve immediately.
