1 cup unsalted, dry roasted Peanuts
4Tbsp sugar (More or less according to your preference)
A pinch of salt to taste
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
few threads of saffron
1 tbsp ghee
1. Powder the peanuts in a blender
2. Take out in a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients.
3. Knead it and roll into laddoos.
Note - You can use jaggery instead of sugar.
